5 thoughts on “Is your glass half empty or half full?”
There was a time when I used to think I know it all,
everything was black or white,
there’re no grey scales,
I was optimistic, and made many things,
know I´m not sure, at all.
Maybe the pessimist sometimes are wright,
still think that most of the time are wrong,
or could be that I don’t know anymore,
if that, is what I want to thing at all.
Someone told me that a pessimist
is an optimist that handle information the most,
I still want to thing that it was a joke.
O maybe is, I’m just getting old.
I am the ultimate optimist, but I don’t have my head in the clouds. I would say that I have a healthy portion of realist in me too. I don’t see the glass as half empty or half full, I see it as full, half with liquid and half with air. Just a different take.
I did one of those right brain, left brain dominance tests a while back, and the results came back both, which is apparently unusual. I guess I am always striving for balance, whether I achieve it or not is a different story!

I am usually a pessimist so I love the thought that I am an optimist who handles information the most. Thanks for the chuckle and the poem!
