When you’ve reached the end of your rope

It’s been a productive but testing week so far, and I’m sure God knows I’m running out of rope … This is dedicated to all those who have had enough (and to me too) and are asking God to take that wheel before someone gets hurt!

Tired of the job, the kids, the traffic, the back-biting, the trying-to-make-ends-meet?

Frustrated with the daily struggle of living – mentally, physically and spiritually? 

Does it seem as though “one more thing” and you’re going to let it all go?

Have you finally reached the end of your proverbial rope this time around? 

Been there, done that, still doing it … BUT trying harder consciously to hold on and not let go instead of giving in and giving up.

What do you think would have happened if Noah or Moses or Daniel or Joseph or Esther or David or Mary or Hannah had given up?  Well for sure we would not have been able to look up to these stalwarts as excellent examples of faithful men and women of God.

It is easier to give up than to hold on but cementing God’s promises…
