Here I am participating in a Kettlebell demonstration with 2 x 20 lb bells – getting ready!

And now here we go: time to actually swing

Sweat is fat crying and this workout cried a lot!

 

Skipping and resistance rope - good for exercising and great for packing light when travelling
Skipping and resistance rope – good for exercising and great for packing in my suitcase when travelling for my job.

 

So why exercise?  Because  every single day you make the conscious decision to not only look after but also to love your body is indeed a good day 🙂
