This little circle right here

“It will be consumers who will decide those solutions are good ones or not, … I can guarantee you that Bluetooth will end up having its most important uses being uses that nobody can guess at today.”

The photo above shows an unexpected yet much appreciated gift of friendship received during my recent trip to Trinidad and although I am not much of a techie I totally love, love, love my new mini BlueTooth speaker to the max!

In days gone by it seriously pained me to ask my 18 year old son to help me connect my laptop to his wireless speakers. Wasn’t my need obvious? Because how was a girl to get her groove on when working out? It was a simple request … or so I thought.  However the look of utter disbelief on his face which translated into: “You can’t seriously want me to help you do something as simple/juvenile/no-brainer as that??!!!” usually resulted in me walking away before the thought (his and then mine) translated into actual words.

Today I learnt that a tiny but very powerful circle can transform any room into a worship sanctuary, disco or meditation space all at the mere touch of a button or finger swipe on my Blu mobile phone – and to think I was able to set up everything up all on my own aka go me!

At the end of the day, I am still not much of a techie but can definitely confirm for sure: some technology is simply amazingly awesome 🙂
