Nature’s Warm Christmas Glow

This Christmas, take a little time to think of others and to share the warmth of your heart, especially with those whose hearts are hurting.

In Barbados one of the first signs of Christmas is the appearance of a golden flower we call the “Christmas Candle”. Not sure if this is the real botanical name but the bright yellow bulbs radiate the wonderful warmth of the season all across our country, compliments of nature. The bush in this photo is right next door to us and no matter how low our neighbour trims it, the candles come back in full force every November/December. Simply beautiful and my WordPress Photo Challenge submission for: warmth 🙂
