My client wanted one day, just one day, without having to make a single decision. He was tired of thinking about whether he should:
❓ Do or not do
❓ Go or not go
❓ Say or not say
❓ Eat or not eat
❓ Exercise or not exercise
I personally felt he spent way too much time thinking. The key was to make a choice, whether right or wrong, then move ahead. In other words, just make a decision because the harder lesson comes in realising that deciding not to decide, is in itself a choice!
