Introducing: Robert Gibson of Barbados in Chapter 7 of our Entrepreneurial Stories Series Project

We are so excited to be launching Chapter 7 of our #Entrepreneurial Stories Series project!

So get comfortable with a cup or glass of whatever is needed to kickstart the day, as we get ready to meet Robert Gibson, Owner & CEO of Passionate Words Editing Services operating out of ever-sunny Barbados.

Robert is a writer, poet, and performer. In fact that is how we met – while performing together on stage at a national gala event for award winning creative writers in Barbados many years; he with a humourous tongue-in-cheek poem and myself with a just as humourous fictional but maybe not so fictional short story. People recall those performances to this day, and Robert remains an excellent sounding board for all things of an editorial nature.

From writing his first book of poetry at 14 years old, he has grown into an internationally renowned, award winning poet and author, with six books of poetry under his belt but Robert will tell you that writing and publishing a book is a daunting task; actually, one that can be quite overwhelming. His goal through his company is to assist new authors by providing them with a quality assurance framework which helps make the self-publishing process painless and seamless.
