Do not be afraid!

Recently I watched a documentary on how human beings are affected as a result of illnesses caused by parasites. One woman became so ill she had to be hospitalized for an extended period of time. When interviewed upon recovery, she commented that her greatest fear during the experience was that she would die. An interesting observation considering the fact that death is an inevitable part of life. Continue reading Do not be afraid!

So glad today is Friday!  Are you looking forward to the weekend as much as I am?  So what are your plans?

  • Are you going to make sure you spend some quality time with your family?
  • Push ahead with some cleaning and laundry and grocery shopping?
  • Catch up on reading a good book or watching a good movie?
  • More importantly, have you scheduled (yes, I said scheduled) an appointment to spend some quiet time with: YOU?
  • All of the above?
